All this was going to be a surprise for my wife, but things started badly from the beginning because we were waiting at the pool for the room to be ready and out of nowhere, without any sense, one of the chambermaids approached us to ask us if our room was the decorated one, with that he ruined the whole surprise, because my wife already knew what she was going to find. After that bad drink, we entered the room and the decoration left a lot to be desired, it seems that they did it in a hurry and they only put roses in some places, some petals and that was it. Later we were waiting for the massage and again we were told that the girl who gives them would be late, which caused us discomfort (it is worth mentioning that the massage was very good). When the dinner arrived it was another disappointment, the food was tasteless, it seems that they were throwing it away because they didn't even accommodate it and the package included a cake that never arrived. And to all this is added the little importance that those in charge give to this type of situation, at no time are they responsible or compensate you in any way for the incidents.
