★ ★ ★ ★ ★ les platico muy pésimo el servicio desde que llegamos fue callarme solo por que tengo niños chiquitos la señora muy chocante también la fue a decir al cuarto que callara mis niños de nuevo el clima no enfriaba no caí agua caliente horrible el internet lento. una mis hijos están chiquitos no los puedo callar tengo tres y como madre no les puedo pegar por que se rían o hablen. pésimo el servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio la chica de recepción muy mal plan, no quería ni el mas mínimo ruido croe que exagera, los climas tiran agua, ni enfrian y las televisiones no responden a los controles. Por el costo hay mucho mejores hoteles en tuxtla, pesimo, no vuelvo.

Casi me caigo... La tioa d recepcion n keria ni k respirara baje y mis sandalias al caminar hacen un ruido normal d todo zapato y q la tipa me dice x favor n haga tuido cn sus sandalias y me enoje cm le hago si mis sandalias n son eléctricas ni d pilas no traen Para subir o bajar volumen n me chingue Creo q n es la forma n le veo sentido... Y discúlpenme pero realmento digo lo q es... X eso n merece n una buena recomendación.
