Frankly avoid the reviews are false, they even lied on Booking.com saying that I was not going to their hotel, although I stayed there, I have proof of my passage. Pool not accessible is dirty. Dirty room, with holes in the towels, walls damaged by humidity, toilet seat not cleaned for months ... wifi only in the garden. The dog does his business the front desk person who owns the dog doesn't care and leaves it lying around… it's just in the aisle to the bedroom… short horrible stay, horrible room. And on top of that people are liars.

Great place to stay. Amazing breakfast for champions. Not so close to downtown but for the price is great. 20 minute walk to zócalo. Main plaza. 15 min to see the lagoon.

This place is quite alright, though it is located right next to a busy dual carriageway. You can't here anything of it in the rooms, but everywhere outside including the pool and breakfast area; and the only way to safely go into town or to the lagoon is by car. The pool is also smaller than it appears in their pictures.

Worst stay in Mexico yet. There was Bock and white mold everywhere, lots of dead insects and a dead frog under the bed. Green Algae out of the shower head - the water being cold in the morning. A/C not functioning properly. To top it of the dog of the owners is barking or playing with a quitschi-toy - quite annoying all day. Also they ask you to pay cash even though they have card acceptance. Probably to avoid taxes. Not sure if this is been better before the COVID pandemic, but this “hole” is a health risk ans we left as quickly we could next morning.

Way over priced for such low quality. Very basic room, ac and hot water did not work well. Dirty bathroom and shower curtain. The room is not spotless, there was dust. No TV and the WiFi sucks. The dogs are nice but I didn't like that the dog jumped up on my bed when I was shown my room. Breakfast was very basic, eggs, sausage, toast and runny beans, some fruit, coffee and juice. The first night we were rudely awaken by the sound of someone coughing, which went on through the night. Very early the next morning to realize that a woman slept in our hammock right at our bed head and she was coughing. We did not use the pool because it was also dirty!!! We stayed for the Easter weekend paid $3860 pesos for 2 nights, ridiculous!

Do not be fooled by the picture. The place is completely run down. Toilet does not even flush. And mosquito everywhere in the vicinity.
