★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encontré este lugar y me encanto desde el principio.el metodo y la forma de enseñar le han ayudado mucho a que mi cuerpo tenga fortaleza y las clases son dinamicas. Esru e en otro centro de Pilates pero no se sentia con la misma energía las clases. Llevo 1 año 8 meses estoy fsscinada.
I found this place and I loved it from the beginning. The method and the way of teaching have helped me a lot so that my body has strength and the classes are dynamic. I ran into another Pilates center but the classes didn't feel the same energy. I have been 1 year 8 months I am fsscinada.

Speaking from the experience of many years of Pilates, this is one of the best studios I’ve been to. The instructor is knowledgeable, attentive, creative. Every class is different, efficient and effective.
I would’ve gladly given it more than 5 stars if I could.
