★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy decepcionado con el servicio de atención a clientes, llevo tres días pidiendo una cotización formal vía email y no han podido enviarla, incluso ya fui directamente a la sucursal y el muchacho que me atendió quedo muy formal de enviarla y pues es hora que no llega, intento comunicarme vía telefónica desde ayer y nadie atiende.
Very disappointed with the customer service, I have been asking for a formal quote for three days via email and they have not been able to send it, I even went directly to the branch and the boy who attended me was very formal to send it and then it is time that he did not arrive , I try to communicate by phone since yesterday and nobody attends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gusto el servicio,pague un servicio completo mi carro no estaba alineado, segun ellos mis balatas tenian buena vida util y ya traia ruido en donde ni lo revisaron no lo recomiendo.
I did not like the service, I paid a full service my car was not aligned, according to them my balatas had a good useful life and already brought noise where they did not check it I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atencion es buena, el servicio regular. El dia martes 20 de diciembre lleve mi auto por cambio de amortiguadores. Hubo un problema de una pieza, la reparacion se lle o todo el dia. Me lo entregaron segun alineado pero se sigue la direccion hacia la derecha y que segun no se puede alinear. Pero me cobraron el servicio. Dije esta bien hicieron todo lo posible, llego a la casa y reviso todos los elementos cambiados y sorpresa. El amortiguador trasero derecho en la parte que va atornillado a la rueda no lo apretaron. Esta a 1cm de que se salga. Que onda con eso, un viaje a carretera y me mato. Hoy pondre una queja
The attention is good, the service is regular. On Tuesday, December 20, I took my car for a change of shock absorbers. There was a problem of a piece, the repair was completed or all day. They delivered it to me according to the lineup but the direction is followed to the right and it cannot be aligned according to it. But they charged me for the service. I said it's okay they did their best, I get home and check all the changed items and surprise. The right rear shock absorber on the part that is screwed to the wheel did not tighten it. It is 1cm away. What's up with that, a road trip and I kill myself. I will make a complaint today
