Nuestra historia comenzó hace más de 100 años gracias a la bisabuela Juanita, la cual tenía una sazón extraordinaria que deleitaba a propios y extraños. Esta sazón se heredó a sus hijas, siendo la abuela Lupita la que continuo con el legado, por muchos años se vendío pozole blanco en la ciudad de Izucar de Matamoros, hasta que mamá Lucina y su esposo Mardonio trajeron a la ciudad de Puebla la primera sucursal en el centro histórico. Hoy en día somos 15 sucursales las cuales a través de los años se han posicionado como un referente del pozole y de la gastronomía en Puebla.
