★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad cada día es peor, si pides entrega a domicilio tardan mucho en entrega y el repartidor te exige cierta cantidad de propina, mis alimentos no siempre llegan en buen estado. El día que me quede a comer en el lugar el personal no fue nada amable. Era un buen lugar para comer.

Generalmente no son amables, me recontrachoca que no se pueda pagar con tarjeta, sólo efectivo, se entiende de un changarrito, pero... ¿de un estableciendo consolidado con sucursales? Es raro la verdad. Por otro lado, cuando se pide para llevar utilizan mucho unicel y empaques de plástico. Al ser un establecimiento exitoso deberían mostrar compromiso con el medio ambiente y usar recipientes con menos impacto aunque sean poco más caros.
The pozole is undoubtedly good. Generally they are not friendly, it shocks me that you cannot pay by card, only cash, it is understood as a changarito, but... of a consolidated establishment with branches? The truth is rare. On the other hand, when ordering to go, they use a lot of Styrofoam and plastic packaging. Being a successful establishment, they should show commitment to the environment and use containers with less impact even if they are slightly more expensive.
