★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pozole es relativamente bueno, es decir, que agregan bastantes granos y carne, yo compraba regularmente ahí, pero un día vi como lo preparaban y gran decepción, parecía laboratorio de química, pedí para llevar y como me imagino que no quieren desperdiciar todo está congelado y si pides te preparan al momento con un poco de agua, chile, descongelan los granos y la carne y finalmente lo meten al microondas y listo! Yo no regreso y obviamente después de ver eso no lo recomiendo. El pozole debe cocinarse como se debe, ahora entiendo porque no tenía sabor.
The pozole is relatively good, that is, they add a lot of grains and meat, I regularly bought there, but one day I saw how they prepared it and I was very disappointed, it looked like a chemistry lab, I ordered to go and since I imagine they don't want to waste everything, it's frozen and if you ask they prepare it at the moment with a little water, chili, they defrost the grains and the meat and finally they put it in the microwave and that's it! I will not return and obviously after seeing that I do not recommend it. The pozole must be cooked properly, now I understand why it had no flavor.
