They decided that a small nick on the front bumper was my fault even though it had dents and demanded $80. Had no choice it is their world and I took the gamble. Lesson learned. Hertz on the other hand took pics and video of their car prior too releasing it and return was super fast even though they where busy. New car for 18 dollars a day.

They didn't honor the price they quoted us. Went from $380 to $427 at the point of signing. Ended up being the same price as a more legitimate place. Also, the car smelled like smoke, the car was dented and the shocks were crappy. The gas light was on and we had to stop on the way to the hotel after traveling all day with young kids. We were hungry, tired and at that pint I was upset at the bait and switch. They are liars.

First time renting and it was safe and fast. Premier did an awesome job explaining details on the vehicle. I didn't have a problem at all. They pick you up at the airport and bring you to the rental site. Great service.

Although we didn’t get to see everything that we wanted in Mexico, considering the Covid situation, we got to travel from Cancun to Tulum, Valladolid and then Merida. We’ve had such a great time nevertheless, but this means that we have to come back as soon as possible and explore some more. Cars were as expected, very friendly staff, they picked us up at the airport and dropped us off after we returned the cars. Very pleasant experience, would recommend.

Hands down the best car rental we have ever used! Didnt have to wait too long at the airport for collection. Got a very clean, low mileage car for a good price. The staff were so helpful and very chatty especially about the best scuba diving spots! Could not recommend enough!

First trip began in Cancun waited 45 minutes for our ride at the airport, the driver supposedly was the car wash man. Waited another hour to fill out paperwork and pay for the vehicle and had to wait in hot sun as the building is tiny. Vehicle in horrible condition, terrible customer service! Would NOT recommend! Get another car at a different rental buisness.

We were in the beginning concerned about taking third parties in the car rental process, as of a lot of bad reviews on not receiving the booked car and also problems with the payment and insisting on additional insurance etc. We were pretty insecure as we booked a 7 seat car, that is really specific as is not easy to change as a regular car in case you don’t receive a 7 seat car but a 5 seat car. Here it wasn’t the case. We got Premier Car Rental and it was all perfect. We booked a 7 seat car, and we received a beautiful Dodge grand caravan car with a lot of space for our 6 persons crew. 4 adults and 2 children (5 years old). And yes you don’t need a children seat for kids of that age in Mexico, local kids at that age stay alone in the back of a open truck, so being driven in a closed car on a seat is a totally safe option ? . It was all easy and flexible. All communication over whats app, before the pickup and before drop up. At the end they draw us to the airport. The car was perfect. The process great. All the staff polite and full of advices. All as stated in the booking was respected and no additional insurance offered or asked to be paid. We left a 6000 MXN as a deposit (but as stated in the booking) and received back once returned the car. We both filmed the car status and on returning once all checked there were no „invented“ damages as we read on some reviews.
