Durante los 23 módulos se trabaja de manera transversal el desarrollo de competencias genéricas y habilidades socioemocionales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo días marcando a TOOOODOS los teléfonos que vienen en la página y tecleando TOOODAS las extensiones y NAAADIE CONTESTA por favor me pueden decir en que teléfono SI contestan?.
Igual también los correos no los responden

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La amabilidad de 10 pero no le pondré 5 estrellas porque los tramites son mega lentos no he podido recibir mi validación de certificado de prepa en 2 meses y solo he gastado porque no hay donde consultar si ya esta mi tramite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen plan de prepa abierta, lastima que la poco competente, la Josefina de la SEP, no tenga ni la 1decima preparación de los tutores y no resuelva para que los estudiantes continúen sus estudios, se ha de querer embolsar dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trató siempre ha sido excelente, el trámite de igual manera es rápido, he leído comentarios negativos pero al menos a base de mi experiencia es bueno, abriré seminario de acuerdo 286 si hay muchas dudas xD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son tardados en responder trámites, cancelan/ posponen las clases cuando quieren. Mi hija estuvo cerca de 3 meses sin estudiar "por remodelacion del sistema" que sólo se hizo más burocrático, no se ven mejoras notables. Entró a esta modalidad por la prontitud del término y de todas formas atrasan el término de sus estudios por su burocracia.
They are slow to respond to procedures, they cancel/postpone classes when they want. My daughter spent nearly 3 months without studying "due to remodeling the system" which only became more bureaucratic, no notable improvements are seen. He entered this modality due to the promptness of the term and in any case they delay the term of his studies due to his bureaucracy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, se resuelven las dudas de forma inmediata, el personal es amable cuidan las medidas por pandemia y dan un buen seguimiento. Lastima de los alumnos que no ponen atención, me tocó verlo en persona y sobre todo la paciencia que se necestita para atender a cada alumno distraído.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima administración. Tienes que insistir en TODAS las extensiones, porque tienen tantas quejas que no les da la gana contestar el telefono. Los documentos para integrar tu expediente, los revisan 9 meses después de tu inscripción, para así darte de baja y NEGARTE TU SERVICIO A LA EDUCACIÓN. La mesa de servicio, es una burla total. NUNCA responden antes de las 48 horas, pero marcas y les dices sus verdades por telefono y curiosamente te responden tu ticket pocas horas después. Este programa solo vale la pena por los tutores y asesores virtuales, deben de sacar a todos los de control escolar y poner a gente que SI SEPA HACER SU TRABAJO.
