Está cara y además hay que pagar por adelantado.
Traje un vestido y me cobraron más porque el vestido abajo está mas ancho que arriba.

Llevé mi vestido de novia y cuando lo recogí traía un mancha que no tenía cuando lo llevé, el encaje me lo entregaron todo roto y encima me querían cobrar por volver a hacer el servicio. Pareciera como si alguien más hubiera usado el vestido, porque cuando lo entregué yo, estaba prácticamente impecable el y cuando lo recogí estaba muy dañado

I took my wedding dress and when I picked it up it had a stain that it didn't have when I took it, the lace was delivered to me all broken and on top of that they wanted to charge me for doing the service again. It seems as if someone else had used the dress, because when I delivered it, it was practically impeccable and when I picked it up it was very damaged

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé dos pantalones para tintorería y al recogerlos me percaté días más tarde (hasta que me probé uno de ellos) que no era mío.
Afortunadamente cuando regresé al local mi pantalón no lo habían entregado "aún" a otro cliente. La señorita que me atendió reconoció que fue un error y me intercambió el pantalón.
Sin embargo, no quería entregarme el ticket de servicio, dejándome sin ningún documento que me amparara en caso de alguna nueva aclaración. Después de discutir y hacerle ver que eso no lo iba a aceptar, accedió a entregármelo de mala gana.
Estoy muy decepcionado por el riesgo que uno corre al dejar su ropa en este local, y por supuesto del servicio. No me extraña que tenga tantas opiniones negativas.
I took two dry cleaning pants and when I picked them up I realized days later (until I tried one of them on) that it wasn't mine.
Fortunately, when I returned to the store, my pants had not been delivered "yet" to another customer. The lady who attended me recognized that it was a mistake and exchanged my pants.
However, he did not want to give me the service ticket, leaving me without any document to protect me in case of any further clarification. After arguing and making him see that he was not going to accept it, he reluctantly agreed to give it to me.
I am very disappointed in the risk that one runs by leaving their clothes in this place, and of course the service. No wonder it gets so many negative reviews.
