★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen indicio que quieren expandirse, pero deberían de manejar catálogos con producto disponible, debido a que solicitas un modelo y la mayoría no se encuentra en stock, ya que aparecen que son promociones y no se encuentran disponibles.
O saber donde consultar los modelos disponibles sobre encargo, ya que a pesar de tener 3 modelos como alternativa no hay disponibles.
Y al igual estar al pendiente de las cajeras ya que en cada búsqueda de modelos en el sistema, pareciera que llevan prisa y tratan de apurar a las personas para que no les quiten más el tiempo o algo así!
Deberían de implementar alguna alternativa para poder consultar productos disponibles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece pesimisimo su servicio empezando x el whatsapp, empleados incapaces d brindar un buen servicio ya que contestan igualadamente, ni los buenos dias o tardes t contestan, yo no veo el apoyo a la economia si t hacen dar vueltas en vano, ya que no saben explicar como esta su sistema
No recomiendo para nada la visita a esta tienda
Es preferible ir directamente a un tienda Oficial asi este al otro lado del mundo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez que fui me atendieron muy bien y fueron muy amables, posteriormente después realice mi pedido por WhatsApp y no tuve la mejor de las experiencias llevan dos días tratando de validar mi pago, cuando les llame para que me proporcionaran información sobre mi pedido me atendió una chica de nombre Mariana Lara muy grosera, cuando le pedí su nombre cambio su tono de voz , yo creo que este tipo de actitudes no se valen, entiendo que puede ser el estrés por el tema de que tienen bastante gente, pero la atención al cliente siempre debe estar enfocada al mejor trato... ojala puedan corregir este tipo de actitudes y mejorar su servicio, la tienda muy limpia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente puede mejorar, pareciera que sus empleadas suponen que ya sabes cómo funciona el servicio de Price Shoes, pero como cliente nueva no sabía realmente cómo funcionaba y ellas no se molestaron en explicar. Yo solo quería información sobre el precio de un producto y una se sus empleadas simplemente quiso hacerme el cobro de una vez... Y yo así de: "sólo quería saber el precio" y la empleada señalando a la computadora diciendo "ahí está y es tanto el total, no aceptamos pagos con tarjeta". Ok, tal vez tienen mucha gente o se estresan y eso se entiende, pero cuando eres cliente nuevo, no puedes adivinar cómo funcionan los procedimientos. El local está bien, limpio y ordenado, respetan las indicaciones para la contingencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay una sola empleada que se salva porque sabe dar un buen servicio, el servicio de what deja mucho que desear porque jamas te explican como funciona el hacer los pedidos, y la app de price, y creen que por el simple hecho de ya ser cliente sabemos todo, nunca tienen calzado que uno pide y se escusan con que son los más vendidos sin darte algunas otras opción yo por lo menos estoy pensando en buscar otra tienda donde me valoren como cliente, me afilie por comodidad pero me arrepiento. Ojala y el dueño o gerente ponga mas atención con el tipo de personas que emplea.

En lo personal tomo esta sucursal solo en caso de emergencia. Te tratan de corrido, además de que suben el precio en todo porque es "tienda boutique". La mejor opción siempre para mí será Naucalpan, hasta te reciben con aplausos cuando abren y aquí nomás una mala cara. Solo hay una chica que siempre es bien amable.
