We had reserved online through their website and paid in advance. After receiving confirmation emails and SMS confirmations, we arrived to pick up our car for the month. The attendant told us our rates were not valid and claimed that there was no booking in the system although he never typed in our reservation code. When asked if he could call anyone for help to see why our pre-paid reservation wasn't showing up, he refused and said that we can book it directly with him instead (of course, at a higher rate). We ended up leaving and requesting our money back from our credit card provider. When we went to the Avis nearby, they said other customers have also came to them after having the same problem with this Priceless location. Seems like a scam for higher rates or commission by booking through them rather than online? Who knows. Either way, would not recommend as it was a complete waste of time.
