Good service and I couldn't travel the day I chose and I notified online there was no problem I canceled and I was able to use it again days later without charge. Hygiene measures good and clean.

Los autobuses están limpios y hasta el momento no me ha tocado asiento con desperfectos. La verdad, se viaja con comodidad.
I have traveled by three bus lines. Primera Plus has been the one I finally chose to travel to Jalisco and Aguascalientes. Its App is simple and safe to use, as well as its website.
The buses are clean and so far I have not had a damaged seat. The truth is, you travel comfortably.
