★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren en privalta residencial, no hay agua, mal hecha la construcción ya que se inunda, las puertas de los departamentos sin tapas, le pregunte al vendedor al ir a pedir informes si habia problemas con el agua y me dijo que no, que si había planta de luz, me dijo que sí y es mentira, el gimnasio que ofrecen equipado y es mentira, por ahorrarse dinero un desagüe muy pequeño y toma de agua 1/2" para un edificio de casi 400 departamentos, mal hecho, cajones de estacionamiento de medidas como para carros chevy, además el personal administrativo, ventas y dueño déspotas sin atenciones para sus clientes y se niegan rotundamente a no hacerse responsables en soluciones. Muy mal.

Algunos de mis familiares ya se encuentran viviendo ahí y la verdad están muy contentos, lo elegimos ya q cuenta con una excelente ubicación de acuerdo a nuestras necesidades, además de ser un edificio muy muy hermoso y con gente muy amable. (En la noche luce increible)
Tuve la fortuna de convivir con mis futuros vecinos y es evidente que la convivencia es muy amena en el lugar! #QUEMOCIÓN!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Envíen problemas Nunca se dijo que todo el edificio no tiene agua de la red, se tiene que comprar pipas a diario. Ya habido ocasiónes en las que se ha quedado sin agua todo el día. NO CUENTA con rampa para discapacitados a la entrada del lobby. El estacionamiento no cuenta con los lloraderos adecuados para drenar correctamente el agua del subsuelo lo que ocasióna encharcamientos constantes en el sótano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo en un desarrollo hecho por buen hogar, si tenemos agua pero el desarrollo no está al 100. El estacionamiento tiene humedad y se inunda a veces, las salidas de gas de los deptos no están bien diseñadas, los lugares de estacionamiento estaban mal distribuidos y ya ni cabían, los elevadores fallan, siempre hay quejas. NO recomiendo la constructora para nada
