Ya envié varios correos electrónicos al igual que las primeras semanas hable a sus oficinas, solo me decían que si me mandarían la cotización, nunca llego.
Mal y pésimo servicio al cliente.
 Two months ago I sent my quote and to date nothing has been quoted.
I already sent several emails as well as the first weeks I spoke to their offices, they just told me that if they would send me the quote, it never came.
Bad and lousy customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención a cliente, parece que te hacen el favor de responderte el teléfono, tratan con desprecio y en lugar de explicarte lo que necesitas mandar para que te hagan una cotización se burlan de ti. No vale la pena ni llamar. Me atendió Gabriela, nunca me habían tratado tan mal, mucha maquinaria no les servirá para vender con tan poca educación.
Terrible customer service, it seems that they do you the favor of answering the phone, they treat you with contempt and instead of explaining what you need to send to get a quote, they make fun of you. It's not even worth calling. Gabriela attended me, they had never treated me so badly, a lot of machinery will not help them to sell with so little education.
