Tengan cuidado con esta persona.

Y no tiene que ver con normas de ningún local sino con la Constitución Nacional y la ley de Defensa del Consumidor.
Los especialistas en Derecho del Consumidor consultados por Infobae sostienen que si bien esta práctica –instalada en el país y que muchos compradores toman con naturalidad– no está estrictamente legislada, se inscribe como una modalidad discriminatoria. Y señalan que no alcanza con que el punto de venta informe, en forma clara y precisa como dice el artículo 4 de la ley de Defensa del Consumidor, que al ingreso o al egreso del local se procederá a revisar los bolsos de los consumidores. Es más, afirman que esta modalidad de control se ubica en una delgada línea y podría constituir una limitación a la libertad individual, una violación al derecho a la intimidad y una lesión al pudor del afectado, derechos garantizados en la Constitución Nacional en sus artículos 18 y 19.

Specialists in Consumer Law consulted by Infobae maintain that although this practice –installed in the country and that many buyers take naturally– is not strictly legislated, it is registered as a discriminatory modality. And they point out that it is not enough for the point of sale to report, clearly and precisely as article 4 of the Consumer Protection Law says, that when entering or leaving the premises, consumers' bags will be checked. Moreover, they affirm that this form of control is located in a fine line and could constitute a limitation to individual freedom, a violation of the right to privacy and an injury to the modesty of the affected, rights guaranteed in the National Constitution in its articles 18 and 19.
