★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, revisen sus tallas, no al salir o en caja, cuando escojan? , no se dejen llevar por etiquetas o cajas marcadas al final te harán pagar, no cambian, no te devolverán ni prenda, ni talla , ni cancelación aunque la culpa sea de ellos. No te resuelve nada pierdes, dinero, Tiempo ,Tiempo y más Tiempo y si pides algún gerente o encargado Nunca Está. Ojo sólo esta Sucursal x2

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido constantemente y nunca había tenido problemas , hace algunos días fui saliendo del gym de la plaza y tuve un inconveniente a la salida cuando el guardia reviso mi mochila metiendo su mano adentro y esculcando , violando mi privacidad y por su puesto que me incomode ya que traigo mi ropa del gym adentro. Yo sin problema mostraba mis pertenencias. Pero no de esa forma, el guardia se puso al tú por tú . Levanté mi queja con la encargada . Regrese hoy por un cambio ya que estaba de paso y nuevamente ese guardia indicándome que es coordinador me confronto por la situación pasada bajo la excusa de una disculpa innecesaria , con mal trato y indicando que lo de esa vez no fue cierto y eran sus protocolos. Escuché a los empleados platicando del tema diciendo ahh " es el de la otra vez" y aún observando la escena no tuve ninguna atención de los empleados o el encargado. Al final me fui sin hacer ningún cambio , con pésima atención y ninguna solución por la encargada que me atendió , limitandose a sus palabras, ahh disculpa. No regresaré .

In the end I left without making any changes, with terrible attention and no solution by the manager who attended me, limiting herself to her words, ahh sorry. I will not come back .
