Juran ser autolavado express y tardan fácil más de una hora por “lavado exprés” los clientes es lo que menos importa en este lugar, si quieres recibir mala atención estás en el lugar adecuado, ya no aceptan tarjeta para método de pago, puro efectivo, ¿qué raro no?. Cuando llegas pareciera que les haces un favor por contratar sus servicios y te responden de manera despota. El chico que se encuentra antes de entrar a la máquina de lavado, a penas te pasa el scatcher de agua muy rápido y sin hacer detalle, te atiende con una cara de hueva impresionante, se tardan mucho en ese proceso, puedes esperar una hora dentro del carro para que lo pasen a lavar. La máquina tiene sin funcionar la parte derecha de uno de sus “cepillos” no sé cómo le llaman, es color rojo, no sirve ya por mucho tiempo, eso solo habla de la importancia que le dan a su negocio y a los clientes, es obvio que solo les importan las ganancias pero no hacen mejorías y tampoco arreglan lo que ya tienen descompuesto. Contratan chavos 15 16 años sin experiencia y no saben limpiar nada y lo hacen de volada. Hay un chico que siempre tiene en las manos una tabla con hojas según llevando control, y la verdad no sé para qué lo tienen si su calidad es muy mala, de momento no se acercó ni un chavo a secarme el carro lo cual él inició a hacerlo golpeando mi carro fuertemente con su reloj en la parte superior de mi carro yo estando dentro, no se quita su reloj para usar trapos lo cual termina pegando en la carcasa y dañando el material de tu carro. Los precios para lo que hacen se me hacen sumamente elevados. No entregan calidad ni seriedad. Nada recomendable es la última vez que voy. No pierdan su tiempo, ni su dinero y ahórrense los corajes. Nada empaticos. Algo tan bonito como limpiar tu carro resulta desagradable en este lugar. I share my experiences since I have been several times because it is the car wash that is close to my house. Además las instalaciones están muy sucias y parece que utilizan el lugar para guardar todo lo que no les sirve. Ya Deberían venderlo a alguien que le dedique tiempo y sepa trabajarlo. The service is getting worse and worse. The tunnel barely works. All accessories are in very poor condition. No lava bien el auto, es mas ni siquiera tocó el cofre... y el segundo "rastrillo" ni se mueve. Y ni hablemos cuando ya pasó el túnel. Porque los chavos dejaron los vidrios todos rayados. Definitely it's not the same service as before... even your tunnel is crap. It doesn't wash the car well, in fact it didn't even touch the hood... and the second "rake" doesn't even move. And let's not even talk when the tunnel has passed. Because the kids left the windows all scratched.
