This company managed a home for my friend. When we arrived it was very dirty and not been kept up. My friend had been paying for monthly management, weekly cleaning, and pool service. They did not know we were arriving and clearly they have not been doing what they charged my friend. I think this company has too many homes to manages and can't keep up.

I have had had the pleasure of working with Liz and Carlos for over 5 years. As someone who has been investing in Mexico for over 40 years, I can say with some authority that they and their team at PM 23 are a rare find. They have managed our property in Yucatan with unparalleled expertise and integrity. Not once have I had a problem and would without any hesitation recommend them for property management as well as for real estate purchases and sales. Would give 10 stars if possible.

The entire staff is extremely pleasant to work with. They are most co-operative, fully bi-lingual, knowledgeable and honest. Their price is comparable to other Merida property management firms. I have dealt with many property management firms and very few are as good as PM23!

We are so disappointed in PM 23 and its owners, Carlos and Lizbeth. We initially met Carlos in early 2022 as potential buyers in Merida. I was impressed witn his social media presence and he seemed like a trusted professional. We decided to return to Merida for our birthdays in June and wanted to use the management portion to experience what our guests would experience. The wheels fell completely off the wagon at this point. On approximately 18 Feb i submitted my first inquiry for Casa Sol and never heard back. I submitted my second inquiry on 23 February and Liz replied and said I would hear from Sarah. On 28 February i had not heard from either Liz or Sarah so I sent yet another email. I should have realized then the level of service. I finally received a contract on Casa Sol on 8 March, unfortunately due to PM 23's delays i was out of town and couldn't execute the contract immediately. There was never any sense of urgency communicated by Carlos or Liz so I never worried about the timeframe, i mean it took them forever so i wasn't worried about getting a deposit to them quickly. I sent my deposit today, 22 March, only to be informed they had rented to someone else. The most frustrating part is neither Carlos or Liz took any portion of responsibility for the delays

Very friendly staff and casa rented was super clean, decor was new, pool amazing. Will use them again. Lizbeth is very professional and responds quickly.

We rented a house for 10 days. The communication was always quick and professional. When we needed help they were happy to provide it. They were also happy to listen to ideas to improve the house. Most importantly (for me at least), they were only too happy to meet me at the house a week after checking out - because I left my passport there. Thankfully I found it! Special thanks to Sam for his patience.
