★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante varios años tuve la desidia de ir a terapia psicológica, por miedo, por ignorarancia, por creer que esa sensación (ansiedad) desaparecería sola, en fin, muchos pretextos... Llegué por una recomendación con el Psic. Alejandro, y al día de hoy ha sido una de las decisiones más valientes que he tenido, fue la primera vez que fui a terapia y agradezco que allá sido con él, es un profesional que desde el día 1 te da las herramientas para que vayas comprendiendo por el proceso por el que estás pasando, y a lo largo de las terapias te va dejando los conocimientos necesarios que no solo te van a ayudar en su momento si no a lo largo de tu vida.
For several years I had the laziness to go to psychological therapy, out of fear, ignorance, believing that this feeling (anxiety) would disappear on its own, in short, many excuses... I came for a recommendation with the Psic. Alejandro, and to this day it has been one of the bravest decisions I have made, it was the first time I went to therapy and I am grateful that I was there with him, he is a professional who from day 1 gives you the tools to go understanding the process you are going through, and throughout the therapies it leaves you with the necessary knowledge that will not only help you at the time but throughout your life.

Con mi niño, muy humano y responsable de su profesión, sin duda es uno de los mejores. Hoy mi niño está estable y cada vez que vamos a terapia lo ayuda un montón, excelente psicólogo.
