Aún teniendo pagadas las cuotas de mantenimiento bloquean accesos a las áreas comunes y no hay personas disponibles para resolver problemas. Investiguen bien antes de invertir su dinero en este campestre.
It is a beautiful place, however, the service provided by the administration is very bad, at least in my personal experience. Even having paid maintenance fees block access to common areas and there are no people available to solve problems. Do your research well before investing your money in this country.

Very nice place, only as a visitor they ask you even for the parrot certificate, it is good that it is safe but do not exaggerate by withholding personal documents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es bonito y todo, pero la administracion cambia las reglas cuando les place y a su conveniencia, cada residente paga 500 pesos mensuales y para acceder algunas areas sociales tienes que apartar y pagar como si fuera un local de fiestas, en ningun contrato que se firmo mencionan que las areas sociales se rentan solo para pasar un buen rato, solo se menciona que se cobrara en caso de hacer un evento social
It's nice and all, but the administration changes the rules when they please and at their convenience, each resident pays 500 pesos a month and to access some social areas you have to set aside and pay as if it were a party venue, in no contract that was mentioned that the social areas are rented just to have a good time, it is only mentioned that it will be charged in case of doing a social event
