★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice individually owned condos. Most are used for daily rentals, some long term, and even fewer owner occupied. Well kept extremely secure and very private. On the boring side for long term, but some like that. Remember, Aldea Zama was the middle of the Jungle a year ago. Mosquitos and other creatures are your neighbors! The lack of effective mosquito spraying here is insane. They are really bad April-July due to the rain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented an apartment here with airbnb and spent about 4 days here. It has the best location in Tulum, a comfortable bike ride away from the beach and from downtown. The security guards were nice and helped us find our unit and the other residents were incredibly friendly. The pool is always open and the unit that we stayed in was modern and well-equipped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here at an abnb for 3 nights and enjoyed it. It's a short taxi ride to central Tulum. Taxis aren't hard to to hail out front by the gated entrance.
