★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend the Made in Oaxaca food tour by Puerto Food Tours! Learned a lot about local Oaxaca cuisine. Highlights include a tour of the market and visits to 8 different restaurants and cafes in the Centro area of Puerto. All the restaurants focus on Oaxacan and Mexican cuisine and are favoured by locals. Absolutely great food too! My guide Sofia was the best. She knows her stuff and provided a lot of historical and cultural insight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sofía was an amazing guide and took us to many spots in town on the Oaxaca tour that we would have never found on our own, despite much research. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and answered our many questions. Our only regret was doing this tour at the end of our trip rather than the beginning, as we went to so many cool and delicious spots!
