This place has history as well as the family that runs the business. They are already several generations that are dedicated to sell pulque that comes from Tlaxcala. They always have cured of different types and two types of natural or white, the strong and the sweet. They sell snacks, beer and mezcal. It is the best natural pulque I have tasted in Puebla, not acid, not fragrant and of good consistency without being thick. Accept only cash. There are restrooms although if you are special for this topic, I recommend asking the person who attends where you can go. There is no parking as such, but there is space on the street. It usually opens at 11 am and closes when the sun begins to hide. I highly recommend ordering a pulque campechano (half strong half sweet) or if you prefer cured, I recommend the tomato; pineapple with celery; pinion and oatmeal with coconut.
