Nice apartments

The building is well located, trucks pass, taxis close by that allow you to transport you to the city center and other places. The apartments in the building are very well sized and very comfortable. I loved it.

Very nice houses

The apartments are spacious. But the management leaves a lot to be desired and the owners are very irresponsible. When we rented it, we were told that the internet was high-speed with fiber optics (it's a lie, it doesn't reach more than 10 megabytes). We were assured 24 hour security and surveillance. The day after we moved there was no longer a guard and the entrance door was broken, it was open for days and oh surprise, our bicycles were stolen a week after we arrived. All this was reported to the owners (who don't even live here) and they didn't notify those of us who rented anything, they knew about the thefts and we weren't told anything. There are also problems with the water and with the entrance door. All the owners were notified of the change of keys to the entrance and again, we were not told anything. Most of us who live here stay locked up or outside as we are never told anything. We were without gas for a week and without water for days, also the light goes out constantly. The noise from the road is unbearable if you want to sleep with the window open you just can't sleep.
