★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant looks really nice, staff is very friendly, though the food was expected to be at higher standard. We ordered a few fish dishes and besides the salmon, all were a bit dry. We also notices the chef microwaved one of the fish, so not sure if that counts as "catch of the day" ?
The mushroom risotto was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is really nice and the staff are really switched on, some of the best in Mexico in my opinion.
However, I find it very disappointing that the restaurant took upon themselves to advertise that all their staff are vaccinated against Covid.
1st of all, the decision to vaccinate should be confidential between a patient and their doctor based on an individual risk/benefit assessment.
2nd, if everyone of your staff is vaccinated, why are they still wearing masks???
3rd, if you mandate a vaccine, what happens if one of your employee suffers an adverse reaction? Are you looking after them and their family until they recover? What if they have a severe adverse reaction that prevent them to ever working again?
Do you even take into account natural immunity?
Despite the good service, I will not visit again. I am too disappointed by that sign.
