Recuerdo que en ocasiones anteriores celebraban su aniversario y daban obsequios, ahora no hubo nada de eso. Hace unos días que fui observé que el personal es nuevo pero nada que ver con los que estaban antes, noté que un chico estaba jalando al perro porque no se dejaba cepillar, también como otro estaba muy metido en su celular y con audífonos cuando tenía una mascota en la mesa, el concepto que manejaban era adecuado pero ahora parece cualquier otro servicio de estética. En fin, espero mi comentario ayude.

Quiero comentarles mi experiencia, anteriormente llevaba a mis dos perros un pomerania y un ShihTzu, por lo general siempre los cortaban los mismos estilistas, la última el estilista me comentó que no le quedaba el corte de oso a mi pomerania cuando en varias ocasiones el mismo lo realizaba, el ShihTzu pedí un corte oriental el cual el otro estilista dijo que ese corte no se podía realizar a mi perro, anteriormente el choco de los tatuajes lo realizaba y sin ningún problema, el día de hoy no recomiendo ese lugar, las personas que cortan me hacen dudar que realmente sean profesionales, no tienen los conocimientos para realizar los cortes, además las personas encargadas no tienen tacto ni trato al cliente, si a todo esto aumentaron los precios con un pésimo servicio de estética yo realmente no pienso volver a llevarlos.

La verdad al principio estaba muy contenta con el servicio y mis perros se veían contentos de ir, pero después de un tiempo ya no me gustó el corte de mi perrita, e incluso dos veces estuve presente en el lugar para ver cómo los bañaban y todo, y jalaban feo el pelo a mi perrita; mientras le estaban secando el pelo mi perrita quería bajarse y para detenerla vi como le quería jalar la cola para que no se moviera y eso se me hizo peligroso porque pudieron lastimarla; al terminarla de secar no la cepillaron, e incluso le mencioné a la señorita que la cepillara de favor y sólo le dio 3 pasadas y me la entregó. También vi como una vez a otro perrito le estaban cortando el pelo y estaba muy alterado el perrito y por moverse le cortaron con las tijeras y sólo veía que sangraba, no se si al final le comentaron al dueño de ese accidente pero yo creo que tenía muchas expectativas de este lugar y resultó ser como cualquier otra estética. Sinceramente ya no llevaré a mis perritas.

Antes eran muy buenos y muy atentos, ahora es imposible hacer una cita, nunca tiene espacio, tardan años en contestar whats. Ahora se ha vuelto una estética cualquiera, cero personalización y, leyendo que tratan mal a los animales, puede ser posible porque antes a mi perra le encantaba ir y la última vez que logré tener una cita llegó temblando. Hola a todos soy Adán, es triste ver en qué se ha convertido puppystyle , considero que todas las acusaciones que se hacen encontrá de Rosalba y de mi persona no son correctas, el tener más de no sé cuántos servicios sin quejas era porque realizabamos el trabajo adecuado, el que ya no trabajemos ahí tiene que ver por la distancia ya era muy pesado trasladarnos desde el sur hasta la parte de allá, también aclaro que no tenemos negocio por allá como se ha dicho, al igual que no tenemos ninguna campaña de desprestigio hacía la empresa, al contrario me gustaría que siguiera creciendo, los que me conocen saben que siempre he sido frontal en los actos. Cuando llevé a mi mascota el lugar se encontraba tremendamente sucio: olía mucho a orina, había excremento por la entrada que no se había limpiado y la mesa se encontraba con basura de envases de agua, además noté que la tina donde pusieron a mi perro estaba llena de pelos y les comenté al personal que por lo menos desinfectaran antes de subirlo, a lo que me ignoraron e hicieron caso omiso. La atención que me dieron fue totalmente deficiente, me agradaba más el personal que se encontraba anteriormente, los de ahora son indiferentes y desconocen bastante su trabajo, no hay profesionalismo, ni interés por el bienestar de clientes y mascotas, por eso no pienso volver a asistir, cero recomendable.
