Terrible billing service, they put wholesale obstacles to issue your cfdi, they are worse than a bureaucrat because even if you meet their requirements they avoid as much as they can give you your invoice and they are offended because you ask them why they do not issue it to you.

The service is terribly bad. Every month I must be reminding them that they have to bill my service and they don't answer! It is very annoying having to ask a company to send your invoice on time. In addition, out of 7 days a week, on average 3 I do not have internet service, I call technical service and they always tell me that there are failures in the area and that they do not have an approximate time of restoration. I have to be connected to the internet on my phone and it is generating extra costs for a service that claims to be of "quality"

I do not recommend them at all, I hired him because I am in an area where there was no internet, this was more than 3 years ago, and the same 3 years the same, internet crash, videos, music, movies, pages, mail, no It loads absolutely nothing, always slow and without any response to needs, it falls with the wind, rain and out of nowhere, it does not load on your TV, cell phone, it is not possible to play anything and not even think about Netflix or another platform. Now a new company has arrived where I live and I'm going to change it. To be honest, I don't know. I absolutely recommend them for nothing. Seriously, don't hire them, avoid bad times because they don't even work on weekends, and they don't even get an answer.

Look for other options, that QUADSYS is the last option and even preferable to use a cellular data plan because it is what you are going to end up using due to the instability of your service and apart from paying your rent for a non-existent service and where you ask for a refund for all the failures and they do not give you an answer.
