★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se salva de tener una estrella por dos razones; la primera es que al final si se solucionó mi caso y la segunda es por la atención tan amable de algunos empleados. Sin embargo muchos otros empleados son indiferentes y poco empáticos con el cliente, sin mencionar que tienes que estar insistiendo y presionando para agilizar el trámite. La recepcionista que por teléfono dijo llamarse Karla es sin duda de los puntos más negativos ya que te contesta y ni siquiera te deja terminar de preguntar, solo te deja en espera mucho tiempo para después colgarte. Las instalaciones son limpias y agradables a la vista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio deja mucho que desear, el ajustador está para ayudar y pareciera que solo tú puedes arreglarte con el que te choco, la verdad no estoy satisfecho, no lo recomiendo, el el vencimiento cambiaré de seguro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas instalaciones, buen espacio, personal amable, tiempos de espera cortos, entras y sale en 10 minutos, la atención es rápida. Solo la ubicación está un poco aislada pero hay transporte.
Good facilities, good space, friendly staff, short waiting times, you get in and out in 10 minutes, service is fast. Only the location is a bit isolated but there is transportation.

Pides la cancelacióny mandas la documentación al correo indicado. pasan 15 días y no te regresan el dinero y la agente, no te quiere contestar, le marcas de otro número y se porta sarcástica, te dice que no saben cuánto más tardarán en regresar el saldo a la tarjeta de crédito . CONTRATEN SU SEGURO BAJO SU PROPIO RIESGO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El edificio de Qualitas aseguradora, es un lugar que cuenta con estacionamiento, y lugar para discapacitados, mantienen las normas de higiene y sana distancia. La atención es muy buena aunque por el número de casos toca esperar.

Muy buena atención por parte del personal de Qualitas
a los asegurados cuando van a entregar documentos originales y terminar su trámite de pago.
