J	José Luis López Rodríguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy mala experiencia, pesimo servicio, los repartidores no llegan a los domicilios a entregar los paquetes, solo se limitan a decir que no habia nadie en el domicilio, cuando en mi caso era muy importante recibir este paquete que tuvieron que devolver porque supuestamente no había nadie en el domcilio siendo que hay siempre gente en el mismo nunca esta solo, nunca he tenido ningun problema con ninguna otra paquetria excepto con esta PESIMO SERVICIO!!!! very bad experience, terrible service, the delivery men do not come to the homes to deliver the packages, they just limit themselves to saying that there was no one at the home, when in my case it was very important to receive this package that they had to return because supposedly there was no no one in the home, being that there are always people in it, is never alone, I have never had any problem with any other package except with this AWFUL SERVICE!!!!

M	Mireya Felix murillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , en ciudad Cuauhtémoc ni siquiera hay oficina yo no sé porque envían paquetes con destino a esta ciudad por esa paquetería si nunca son entregados y lo peor es que confirman la entrega y llamas para pedir informes y de muy mala gana te dicen que no es responsabilidad de ellos y que no pueden hacer nada esa es su justificación . Terrible service, in Cuauhtémoc city there is not even an office, I don't know why they send packages to this city for that parcel if they are never delivered and the worst thing is that they confirm the delivery and you call to ask for information and very reluctantly they tell you no it is their responsibility and that they can not do anything that is their justification .
c	catxbqf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal servicio, esperaba un paquete, el cual al revisar la guía me apareció entregado, al contactarlos alegaron que el vendedor había solicitado dejarlo en puerta, según ellos a pesar de ser mexicanos y saber la inseguridad del país de primera mano, hicieron sin rechistar y sin siquiera intentar tocar una vez, cabe recalcar que siempre hay alguien en la casa, dudo que haya Sido así, rateros! Super bad service, I was expecting a package, which when checking the guide appeared delivered to me, when contacting them they alleged that the seller had asked to leave it at the door, according to them despite being Mexicans and knowing the insecurity of the country first hand, they did without question and without even trying to knock once, it should be noted that there is always someone in the house, I doubt it has been like that, thieves!
R	Rayearth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si fuera posible le daría estrellas negativas, hoy fui a preguntar por 3 paquetes que tenían ya un mes en transito dentro de la república, me dijeron que ellos no los tenían físicamente allí y que reclamara en aliexpress (un par de días anteriores estuve mandando emails a ellos a mailamericas y a aliexpress), según ellos para que lo liberaran, mágicamente hoy mismo a las 10 de la noche, llega un repartidor de esta misma empresa que argumentaba no tenerlos físicamente a entregar mis tres paquetes, vaya! llegaron como rayo desde CDMX. Deplorable servicio! If it were possible I would give it negative stars, today I went to ask about 3 packages that had already been in transit for a month within the republic, they told me that they did not have them physically there and that I should claim on aliexpress (a couple of days before I was sending emails them to mailamericas and aliexpress), according to them to release him, magically today at 10 at night, a delivery man from this same company arrives who argued that he did not physically have them to deliver my three packages, wow!
