★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Teníamos una reserva confirmada y pagada junto con nuestro comprobante. Nos citaron a las 4:45 am y nos dejaron esperando más de una hora! Les estuvimos marcando y fue hasta 45 minutos después nos contestaron que ya iban por nosotros. Y lo peor es que nunca se disculparon con nosotros. Los operadores de los globos fueron muy amables. Nos comentaron que la operadora no les había pasado la señal de que tenían que pasar por nosotros y la experiencia es muy bonita pero si pueden agendar por medio del hotel o de otro lugar se los recomiendo porque el servicio de la operadora fue pésimo.
Terrible service. We had a confirmed and paid reservation along with our voucher. They summoned us at 4:45 am and left us waiting for over an hour! We were dialing them and it was up to 45 minutes later they answered us that they were coming for us. And the worst part is that they never apologized to us. The balloon operators were very friendly. They told us that the operator had not passed the signal that they had to come by us and the experience is very nice but if they can book through the hotel or another place I recommend them because the operator's service was terrible.
