I consider it a tradition (for San Felipe residents) to go to this place to eat a giant quesadilla. Excellent flavor! I think that the meat al pastor yields it with a lot of onion.

The food is good, the price / product / quality level is reasonable, but ask for your takeout. The place is very dirty. There are tables that are one meter away from the bathroom and dirty dishes. They are attentive and very friendly but they have all the charm for cleaning. If we talk only about the food I don't complain, the sauces are very good (extra points for the guacamole) and the red sauce a little overdone (but edible) the quesadillas really are very large and it is very cool that you can see how they make the Flour tortillas since they have the dough making it ball until you have the quesadilla on your plate. Approximately the giant flour tortilla has a diameter of 30 cm and you break your quesadilla in three parts so you can eat it. There is a saying "A good taqueria is good if they know how to prepare sausage" and that saying does it justice. It is a pity that I touched on a very busy day and where there is no time to clean.
