★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es caro, no va de acuerdo con la calidad de las instalaciones (es en un patio feo), la calidad de la comida (regular), y la calidad del servicio, si es que se le puede llamar así. No regresaré y jamás lo recomiendo!!!

Desgraciadamente el servicio al tomar órdenes vía whats es muy malo ya que tardan hasta una hora en contestar, cuando ya compraste otra cosa en otro lado, me pasó dos veces esta semana. Por este motivo le hice una observación a la persona encargada y de forma soberbia me respondió que ellos tenían mucha gente y yo me lo perdía, que tristeza que un buen lugar tenga gente soberbia, que no acepte críticas positivas para que su negocio mejoré y sobre todo carezca de educación para dirigirse a sus clientes. Le sugiero a los demás que platiquen con el señor que responde los mensajes para que no pierdan más clientes.
It was a good place I had frequented since I was a child. Unfortunately the service when taking orders via whats is very bad since they take up to an hour to answer, when you already bought something else elsewhere, it happened to me twice this week. For this reason I made an observation to the person in charge and in a superb way he answered me that they had a lot of people and I was missing it, what a sadness that a good place has superb people, that they do not accept positive reviews so that their business improves and over all lack the education to address their customers. Fui de visita a Valle del Real y para comer algo típico fuimos a comprar pambasos y tostadas

Decepción
Los pambasos no son pambasos es un remedo de pambazo...
Una torta mojada en agua de calcetín color naranja, una embarrada de puré de papa desabrida y carísimo
Las tostadas tortillas puestas al sol, con una embarrada de crema y llerva llamada lechuga sin desinfectar....

Somos comensales k pagamos por un servicio y merecemos calidad en el servicio....
No somos puerquitos de pueblo...
Por favor contrate gente educada k de servicio
No gente k nos trate como ganado....
Ojala y este mensaje lo lea alguna autoridad sanitaria para k revise su licencia de venta de alimentos....
Ojo comensales no permitan k los traten así...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez que fui, y fue una decepción, lo pedí para llevar, me dieron muy poco guisado para mis tostadas, y los pambazos solo traen tantito puré de papa porque no se veía que fuera relleno de papá con chorizo, le ponen más lechuga, aparte fui a comentarles y su respuesta muy prepotentes. No lo recomiendo hay más opciones, yo fui porque me lo recomendaron pero con su servicio no regreso.

Pedimos un par de pambasos y solo tenía una embarrada de relleno, al comentar al encargado su respuesta fue " Lo pediste sencillo, si querías que tuviera papa debiste pedirlo doble".
Además se pidieron 5 tostada que realmente el guisado era muy poco, era más lechuga que guisado.
