★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve hace tiempo un celular para servicio por qué se había mojado, primero me dijeron que serían 450, luego al momento de regresar me encuentro con mi celular roto y desarmado me dicen que se rompió que ni modo que la pantalla costaba 2500, al final quedamos que le iba a dar 1900 y me puso una pantalla de una calidad horrible, se veía fea y ni si quiera embonaba, fui al otro día por fallas en la pantalla, y según me cambio, despues duro unos 3 días y la pantalla ya no prendió, y se despegó el display, al volver a ir a reclamar me salieron con que el chavo ya no trabaja ahí y que no se hacían responsables, así que me quedé sin dinero y sin celular por estos estafadores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No son atentos en la prestación del servicio ni al brindarte información, tienes que hacer todas las preguntas o ellos darán por entendido que lo sabes. Tampoco cumplen con la fecha de entrega, supuestamente porque las piezas tardan en llegar pero no son ni para explicarte eso y simplemente te regresan el equipo sin reparar. Realmente tenía buenas expectativas, pero ahora no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.
They are not attentive in providing the service or providing you with information, you have to ask all the questions or they will assume that you know. They also do not meet the delivery date, supposedly because the parts take time to arrive but they are not even to explain that to you and they simply return the equipment to you without repairing. I really had good expectations, but now I don't recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio. Me comunique por mensaje y me comentaron que por contingencia estaban en otra plaza al sur. Llegue a esa plaza y me atendieron como lo habian dicho. En 20 minutos mi teléfono de la manzana tenia una batería funcional. No pregunte si era original la bateria pero imagino por el precio que será genérica pero para mi es suficiente.
Very good service. I contacted by message and they told me that by contingency they were in another square to the south. I arrived at that square and they treated me as they had said. In 20 minutes my phone on the block had a working battery. I did not ask if the battery was original but I imagine for the price that it will be generic but for me it is enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un cambio de pantalla. Me dieron 3 meses de garantía y la tapa de atrás muy maltratada. Unos días después falla, hace Click por todos lados y se mueve sola. A veces aparecen unas lineas en display otras veces no. Lo llevo a garantía y según ellos yo lo maltrate. Yo he cambiado pantallas y se cuando la pantalla falla por descuido o por que maltrataron el equipo al reparar. Esto es resultado de un trabajo mal hecho. Si garantizan el producto deberían poner cláusulas. Haré mi reporte en profeco
