Order multiple designs on a sheet of vinyl. They charged me $ 434 and told me it would be ready in 4 days for the holiday. Well the day came and a few hours before the time they told me to stop by work they told me that there was an error and I have to pay more than double ($ 451) of what I already pay because they charged me canvas instead of vinyl. I told them that this was not my mistake, it was the mistake of their worker and they kept telling me that it was a mistake and I had to pay. I told them that I understood that they did not continue to emphasize the error that at least they apologized because it was the error of their worker, not mine. If they apologized by message not in person. Totally pay the difference because the work was urgent and I had to cut the pictures by myself and a design turned out the color wrong. It is very unfair that they make the customer feel guilty and in the end neither a discount nor an apology is offered. Just because they are a large company they believe they can do whatever they want no matter how the customer feels. Thanks for the service anyway.
