★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa está muy bonita, muy espaciosa, pero le falta mucho mantenimiento, por ejemplo las puertas rechinan, falta foco de un baño, me salió una rata de un baño en desuso, una parte de la azotea está despostillada, y más.
Sin embargo el área de alberca y jardín están inmejorables. La alberca cuenta con dos baños y dos regaderas, el césped del campo de fútbol está en excelentes condiciones.
 The house is very nice, very spacious, but it lacks a lot of maintenance, for example the doors creak, a bathroom light is missing, a rat came out of a disused bathroom, a part of the roof is chipped, and more.
However, the pool and garden area are unbeatable. The pool has two bathrooms and two showers, the grass of the soccer field is in excellent condition.
