★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just experienced the worst meal of my life. All the food arrived very late. Our entrees were cold as well as all of our sides. Took over 15 minutes before we were offered water or even something to drink. I had to keep getting up to find a server, not my server since I could find him, for anything. The manager even told us that our table was not a priority since another chef from one of there other restaurants was visiting really how do you admit that.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had tried Quinta in the first week of a two week stay in the resort and were disappointed in both the food and service however decided to try it again tonight in our second week. We are so glad we did. We had a wonderful experience.
We shared 3 courses. Starting with the beet salad, which was very fresh and delicious. For our main we shared a 12 oz Rib Eye Steak and a side of mashed Sweet Potatoes and Roasted Carrots. Both were incredible. Dessert was Bananas Flambé which came highly recommended by our servers. The perfect end to a great dinner. Everything was delicious.
Our servers, Rodrigo and Ereck Olea were terrific. Experienced, friendly and attentive. They truly made the evening a memorable one. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the fillet with peppercorn sauce and a baked potato. Unfortunately the steak arrived burnt and mostly raw also unseasoned to add insult, baked potato was microwaved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ View was amazing! Food was amazing! Highly recommend the carpaccio, the beef Wellington, and the mushroom side dish. It can get a little cold with a breeze that comes out of no where so bring a light jacket Nov thru Feb. They did provide a shawl since we're forgot a jacket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quinto is a penthouse-level steak restaurant atop the Grande Luxxe Tower 5 at Vidanta. With incredible views of the ocean and mountains, This fine dining restaurant surrounds an illuminated infinity pool - and provides wonderful food, fine wine, full bar. Carlos, our waiter was superb - experienced, deferential, and wise - everything you want your waiter to be. We enjoyed the New York Strip Steak, and don't overlook Cafe Mexicano for desert, better than Irish coffee, I think.
