★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El surtido es bueno y los precios, solo el empaque deja bastante que desear para un producto tan delicado como lo son los radiadores el empaque de algunos productos no todos, esta muy frágil sin espumas o hielo seco el fleje muy débil, el cartón delgado, yo laboro aquí y a veces me toca entregar unas cajas bastante dañadas lo cual me produce pena ajena, si tan solo pudieran remediar esto otro gallo cantaría.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen excelentes precios en radiadores nuevos y con garantía, PERO... mucho cuidado, les compré un radiador para un Sentra 2005, y no traía los adaptadores metálicos para conectarle las mangueras de aceite en la parte inferior. Ellos me dijeron que era normal, que así venían de fábrica, que le quitara los adaptadores a mi radiador usado y se los pusiera al nuevo, pero OH ERROR... la rosca de los adaptadores del radiador usado le quedó grande y floja al radiador nuevo, y batallé bastante para tratar de conseguir esas refacciónes, NUNCA LAS ENCONTRÉ... tuve que ir a un taller especializado a que me las fabricara desde cero. MUY MAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor atención que puede existir por parte de la señorita de ventas, te carrerean y hasta te cuelgan, no pongo cero estrellas porque no se puede, pero que ineptitud por parte de los directivos en no atender esa situation ya que por lo visto hay muchas quejas sobre el mismo tema !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son amables en su atención. Pero el sistema que usan para cobrar y entrega de mercancía es muy lento. Era la única persona en ese momento y tardaron casi 30 minutos en el proceso de buscar, cobrar y entregar el radiador.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden bien y te tienen una respuesta exacta de tu radiador sin problemas y otro más grande ejemplo son los tipos de radiadores como el que conseguí en ese sitio es de un Peugeot 406 donde en otro lugar similar me lo vendían en $2400 y ellos me lo vendieron en $1543 mi opinión es.... TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE no le busquen vayan a ese sitio gracias por su amabilidad
