★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, tenía una cita a la 1 pm, me dicen que no lo tenían agendado, para esto por teléfono hasta me dieron todas las indicaciones que tenía que seguir dentro de ellas llevar el dinero en una bolsa (si no hubiera llamado no me hubieran dicho esto)
Posterior a eso sale un chavo a preguntar que si tenía cita a la recepcionista, y dice “si pero no se agendo” y dice ah no pues que se espere y se ríe. Supongo que no se dio cuenta que estaba allí.
 Terrible service, I had an appointment at 1 pm, they tell me that they did not have it scheduled, for this by phone they even gave me all the instructions that I had to follow inside them, carry the money in a bag (if I had not called, they would not have called me having said that)
After that, a guy comes out to ask if he had an appointment with the receptionist, and he says "yes, but I don't know" and he says oh no, then wait and laugh. I guess he didn't realize it was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio. Muy amables las recepcionistas.. Lo que sugieto es que mejoren los horarios de las citas. Nosotros llegamos muy puntuales ( incluso antes de que abriersn) y tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos.
Good service. The receptionists are very friendly. What I suggest is that they improve the appointment times. We arrived very punctually (even before it opened) and we had to wait 15 minutes.
