★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to be the 1st person to write a bad review but my experience with this shop was really bad. I dropped off my bike on a Friday for a Monday appointment because I damaged my wheel on Friday. He was able to get the wheel fixed, but it looks like garbage. Half of the wheel is exposed metal. He never provided me with an option to paint the wheel. After fixing the wheel he said I need to come pickup my bike; he would not fix the wheel properly or provide a quote for any other repairs I requested (essentially cancelling my Monday appointment). Finally, when I picked up my bike, I realized the mirror was broken. He insisted it was not his fault, but the mirror was not broken when I brought the bike to him. So, I went to this shop with a broken wheel and 10 other issues, and I left the shop with a half fixed wheel and 11 other issues. Really terrible experience.
