Las clases con Adela, Ahmed e Ingrid son increíbles! Todos con su toque que los caracteriza y adaptan las posturas para cada quien. No importa si te consideras poco fuerte o flexible ellos te enseñan como poco a poco ir progresando sin importar edad o condición. Me encanta raíz
Just arriving at the place makes you feel at home, the long corridor with trees so fresh and green give a respite from the stress of the city.
The classes with Adela, Ahmed and Ingrid are incredible! All with their touch that characterizes them and adapts the postures for each one. It does not matter if you consider yourself weak or flexible, they teach you how little by little to progress regardless of age or condition. I love root

I am taking a Yoga Teacher training, taught by Olivia Bolio. She's great. I left fascinated with the first module. The place is very nice, quiet, full of trees. Perfect for a yoga studio. Ile and Ade, the girls who run the place are great. They support you during practice. The energy of the place and people love it! I highly recommend it
