 I called repeatedly, they never answered; I took advantage of a nearby exit and stopped by to visit them, did the telephone test, it rang, and the people present did not flinch. At the end of the day I got my product in Mexico City.

Es un placer compartir mi experiencia en la adquisición de mi bicicleta, tuve una atención personalizada por los expertos de la tienda, en todo momento se mostraron agradables y empaticos, disiparon mis dudas lo cual favoreció para mi decisión, en la entrega me explicaron todos los detalles y aspectos a atender en los próximos meses; mantenimiento, limpieza, calibre de las llantas etc. Estoy encantada con mi adquisición, es ligera y a distancia se nota y por supuesto al rodar, estéticamente me enamora. It is a pleasure to share my experience in the acquisition of my bicycle, I had a personalized attention by the experts of the store, at all times they were pleasant and empathetic, they dispelled my doubts which favored my decision, in the delivery they explained all the details and aspects to attend to in the coming months; maintenance, cleaning, tire gauge etc. I am delighted with my acquisition, it is light and at a distance it shows and of course when shooting, aesthetically I fall in love.
