★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me habían platicado mucho de este lugar y la verdad si superó mis expectativas. Su especialidad es el estofado de aleta tipo caguama. El sabor no es fuerte como uno podría esperar de la aleta, es bastante sabroso, el proceso es cuidado. La receta la han querido comprar negocios locales y no la ha soltado. Estoy seguro que cualquier persona que viva en lugares donde se coman productos del mar quedara fascinado con el sabor especialmente la raza de Sinaloa (por el tipo de producto).
They had told me a lot about this place and the truth is that it exceeded my expectations. Their specialty is loggerhead-style fin stew. The flavor is not strong as one might expect from the fin, it is quite tasty, the process is careful. The recipe has been bought by local businesses and has not been released. I am sure that anyone who lives in places where seafood is eaten will be fascinated by the flavor, especially the Sinaloa breed (because of the type of product).
