We decided to book a last minute Horseback riding outing! Pamela and her team were fantastic. We were total beginners and they did a great job of making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the ride. My 8-year loved the adventure! I would definitely recommend booking with them. Afterward, her driver dropped us off Downtown and gave us recommendations of were to go etc!

We booked this tour last minute. Sebastian was very kind and accommodated the time that worked for us! He met us in a convenient location and drove us to his remote ranch. The scenery and horses were absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed touring along the creek, passing through the shallow water and the sight of many butterflies and dogs along the way! Tomás carried our water with some granola bars and oranges in case our family got hungry in a cooler, which was very thoughtful. Tomás was friendly and made us feel comfortable in an adventurous ride! He was great with the horses and had a lot of years experience. Shout out to my horse, Lobo, he was really the boss, trotted at times, and stopped a few times to grab a quick bite of leaves! We overall had a great time, one of the best experiences, for sure in Puerto Vallarta!

We had a very nice experience at Rancho El Charro! We we're short on money (sorry about that) and the owner Sebastian drove us to an ATM after the trip. He even drove us to a Mexican restaurant (the best food of our vacation). Thank you!

Enjoyed the wild tour of 5 hours. You will definetly go on a adventure it is an experience we will never forget. For beginners the 5 hours ride can by exhausting but if you are in a good shape you do not want miss out.

The communication in advance with Sebastian was great, very professional and he picked me up at the meeting point perfectly on time. I went for the 5 h Wild Tour and besides enjoying the beautiful nature, my guide explained me a lot about the plants, animals...Was a wonderful experience with fantastic horses and I would do it again immediatly!

We went on a beautiful ride into the hills. We reserved for the 8 hour ride, but on arrival, they wanted us to do the 5 hour instead. We headed out on the horses about half an hour after our reservation time and we’re horseback almost 4.5 hours. We rode down the local streets to a trail that took us up into private ranches in the hills. The ride was quite steep most of the time. The horses did a great job handling the footing; they were great horses! We went to a city/ocean overlook, then up to a higher overlook where we saw the city/ocean one way and the mountains the other way (this view was gorgeous). Then we went to a creek where we got off and walked just a bit to a small waterfall. We came back the way we came & then rode near the ranch, riding in and out of the river. I’m an advanced rider and my husband is a confident beginner. The horses were so good that this ride was no problem for either of us, but I wouldn’t let most beginners do this particular ride unless they have a good seat and very confident. I helped my husband as needed. Our young guide led us well but we were limited in our Spanish and he was limited in experience guiding beginners. The ride was mostly in the shade and a perfect temp in December. My husband and I took our own water with us. The horses are well trained and in decent condition (but most could use a point more in body condition). They worked hard on our ride and were champs. Pamela (who you book with) speaks excellent English. The website needs updating. One phone number worked. We emailed and never heard back. We called and she said to complete the online reservation; she never got it. So be sure to follow up with a phone call.

This was my second time here and absolutely recommend! Great place to ride, horses are beautiful, very well taken care of and behaved. A couple spots were steep on our ride but the horse (little bean) knew his job.. We'll definitely be back next time we're in PV. Thanks Sebastian for transportation and our guide for another great trip!

The horseback riding tour experience was awesome. Once you come to the place the horses are almost ready to go. The tour guide was friendly and helpful. He brought us to many places with great views, like mountains. The horses were easy to ride with and careful. The tour guide brought some snacks and water for the long ride. We saw some animals on the way like iguanas, cows, dogs, goats and chickens.
