He rentado un departamento con esta empresa en la zona hotelera, contrato anual y opcion para renovar, servicio de agua y mantenimiento incluydo, buen precio. Al principio todo bien, personales super amables y buena atenciòn. Con el pasar del tiempo empezaron a cambiar la limpieza de la area comùn pasò de ser continua a una vez la semana o 10/15 dias. Yo personalmente tuve un problema con el ventilador de un cuarto, mandaron el electrico que verificò y me confirmò que necesitava ser sostituido y juntos llamamos a la aministracion. Pasavan los dias y seguia esperando el cambio del ventilador, despues de miles de reportes y unos meses de espera, yo mismo tuve que comprar el ventilador por mi cuenta y nunca me devolvieron ni un peso. Pasamos al tema de la alberca: el dia que yo vine a ver el departamento estava impecable, me dijeron que la limpieza era constante.. ni madres, hacen la limpieza una vez a la semana, y cuando reportamos, nos dicen que la alberca se ensucia porquè la usamos. En el edificio hay 4 departamentos de gente que vive en planta fija, y 3 departamentos mas que se rentan vacacionales. Que raza de explicacion es que la alberca se usa demasiado? Es obvio que una limpieza por semana (o 10 dias) no es suficiente. Ademas, el chico "experto" como lo llaman ellos, viene un dia, le echa un producto para que la mugre se baje, y viene el dia deapues por aspirarla. O sea que 2 dias por limpiar una alberca de 10x6 metros!!! Y obvio tiempo de utilizo varian de 2 a 3 dias por semana, porque la majoria del tiempo se vee como si fuera laguna!!! Total que no aconsejo a nadie rentar con eata gente.
I have rented an apartment with this company in the hotel zone, annual contract and option to renew, water service and maintenance included, good price. At the beginning everything is fine, super friendly staff and good attention. With the passing of time the cleaning of the common area began to change from being continuous to once a week or 10/15 days. I personally had a problem with a room fan, they sent the electrician who verified and confirmed that it needed to be replaced and together we called the administration. The days went by and I was still waiting for the fan to change, after thousands of reports and a few months of waiting, I had to buy the fan myself and they never returned a peso. We went to the topic of the pool: the day I came to see the apartment it was impeccable, they told me that the cleaning was constant ... no mothers, they do the cleaning once a week, and when we report, they tell us that the pool is messes why we use it. In the building there are 4 apartments of people who live on a fixed floor, and 3 more apartments that are rented for vacation. What kind of explanation is that the pool is overused? It is obvious that one cleaning per week (or 10 days) is not enough. In addition, the "expert" boy, as they call him, comes one day, throws a product at him to get the grime down, and comes the next day to suck it up. In other words, 2 days to clean a 10x6 meter pool !!! And the obvious time of use varies from 2 to 3 days per week, because most of the time it looks like it is a lagoon !!! Total that I do not advise anyone to rent with these people.
