Did not care about the t-shirt not being included as I was willing to pay for it again, but the staff could not find it. Had another shirt that was too small when I got home, would not exchange it without a receipt even though it was clearly from the store.
J	John Douponce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this store. Bait & Switch. They advertise clothes at a discount which maybe makes it worthwhile. If you then however choose to pay with a credit card they add 10% back to the price. Really. There are many more choices. I walked out.

One of the swimsuit we bought fell appart in 2 days. It broke at 2 different places. Went to the store, got told to come back with a receipt. Went back to the hotel to get the receipt, got back to the store. The lady at the counter then refused to give a refund. Also refused to call the manager when we asked to speak with him/her. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. She also had an attitude showing us she didn’t care about the situation. I come to PV often and always buy swimsuits in the city. I’ll take my business back to “Amsterdam” or “Mercurio”, where they give better customer service and sell better products.
