PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Sólo me hicieron perder mi tiempo, me pidieron un documento que no viene especificado como requisito en la página web ni en la hoja de la cita. No pude concluir el trámite y tengo que volver a ir.

pésimo servicio del personal que atiende en ventanillas no te solucionan nada si uno preguntas es por q no sabe y no quiere regarla pero te contestan muy groseramente y entre dientes y si le dices que te repita te mandan a la fregada super mal servicio la verdad.

Para que ofrecen un telefono si nadi jamas lo contesta y uno tiene que ir para averiguar todo, increible que en el 2022 tengamos esta calidad de servicio del estado.

El día de ayer por fin se llego el día de mi cita para hacer cambio de propietario, pues llegue 15 min antes de mi cita, mi cita era a las 10:15, me anuncio y los chicos que atienden me mandaron a formar, había mucha, pero mucha gente, a lo que pido hablar con la encargada de la oficina, quien muy amable me atendio cuando se desocupo, le hice saber que tenia cita y que no encontraba el motivo por el cual me enviaba a formarme, ademas de que ando mal de un pie y en verdad me costo mucho trabajo estar en la fila, a lo que me contesto que el sistema por cada cita agendaba a 10 personas mas, y que no tenia personal para revisar documentos a lo que pues si le dije que eso no era una buena atención, que deberían de respetar a las personas que llevábamos citas, porque había gente sin cita formados, a lo que me dijo que era lo que había, en pocas palabras que si me interesaba, sino pues bye!!! Esta es una queja para las personas servidoras publicas que se dedican a "organizar", para que en realidad hagan algo para agilizar el tramite, tarde dos horas en fila, aparte lo que me forme para pagar, en verdad no es justo para el pueblo esta atención. ademas me toco ver gente que se formo dos horas para que en la ventanilla le dijeran te falta un requisito, lo siento retírate, mi pregunta es no pueden salir a revisar los documentos a las personas para que no pierdan su tiempo haciendo tanta fila???

This is a complaint for the public servants who are dedicated to "organizing", so that they actually do something to speed up the process, it takes two hours in line, apart from what I form to pay, it is really not fair to the people this attention. I also had to see people who waited for two hours so that at the window they would tell them that you are missing a requirement, I'm sorry, go away, my question is they can't go out to check people's documents so that they don't waste their time standing in so many lines? ?

Mi experiencia en esta recaudadora fue de lo mejor a pesar de que iba tenso por los malos comentarios que leí, el motivo de mi ida a la recaudadora era para dar de baja unas placas y la verdad mi sorpresa fue grande cuando vi que la fila no estaba tan larga...pero aún así me acerqué a una secretaria que estaba atendiendo y me preguntó que cual era mi trámite a realizar...después de decir lo que quería hacer, me proporcionó un formato sencillo que necesitaba llenar y que me presentara de nuevo con ella. Así lo hice y en pocos minutos...ya estaba saliendo con el documento que ocupaba en la mano. Me atendieron con amabilidad y respeto, Felicidades a los trabajadores de esta institución.
