G	Griselda Esqueda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo mantenimiento, el Jardín XVI La Soledad que se encuentra al fondo del panteón, esta completamente abandonado, las lapidas no tienen pasto, es pura tierra, la lapida de mi familiar esta quebrada y antes de la pandemia no estaba así, a lo único que le dan mantenimiento es a lo que esta al frente y a lo que están vendiendo, me interesaba comprar, pero viendo esta situación prefiero buscar otras opciones. Desde hace tres años hemos reportado tres veces que la lápida de mi madre está rota y en condiciones deplorables (pasto saliendo entre las grietas y la información escrita está completamente borrada). Las tres veces nos han dicho que la cambiarán pero a la fecha no ha ocurrido. La última vez me trataron muy mal y hasta ofrecí comprar yo una, pero me dijeron que no era posible porque estaba incluído en el mantenimiento. Encima la persona tuvo el descaro de querer venderme otra propiedad! No, gracias. My mother has been buried in this cemetery since 1992. Agradecemos que en que a personas minusválidas o de muy avanzada edad les permiten ingresar en auto. Tomar en cuenta que la hora de cierre por esta misma razón es alrrededor de las 3 pm. Desafortunadamente el mantenimiento es un área de oportunidad para este que fue el mejor jardín funeral de Guadalajara. Ojalá los directivos tomen en cuenta las continuas quejas al respecto. Sobre todo si las personas que piensan comprar un espacio, no se decepcionen de este punto. Por eso les doy por ahora tan solo 3 estrellas. The staff are very friendly and respectful. Due to a pandemic, passage by vehicle is limited. We are grateful that disabled or very old people are allowed to enter by car. Take into account that the closing time for this same reason is around 3 pm. Unfortunately maintenance is an area of opportunity for what was once the best funeral garden in Guadalajara. Hopefully the managers take into account the continuous complaints in this regard. Especially if the people who plan to buy a space, do not be disappointed at this point. That's why I give them only 3 stars for now.
A	Agustin Suarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos encontrábamos indecisos sobre el lugar en el que descansarían los restos de mi familiar, pero al conocer el jardín no pudimos tomar una mejor decisión, el trato del personal muy humano, las instalaciones de primera y jardines muy bonitos, ademas de contar con las medidas necesarias debido a la situación actual, un lugar hermoso para despedirnos de un ser querido. We were undecided about the place where the remains of my family member would rest, but knowing the garden we could not make a better decision, the treatment of the very human staff, the first-class facilities and very beautiful gardens, in addition to having the measures necessary due to the current situation, a beautiful place to say goodbye to a loved one.
