★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien en general, muy satisfecho con el servicio, Erick muy atento y siempre me mantuvo informado, Jonathan recogió el disco duro y me aclaro las dudas al recibir el disco, trajo una caja especial para transporte. Muy bien la rapidez con la que atendieron.
Lo no positivo es: no me dijeron cuál fue la razón para catalogar de severo el daño lógico del disco, no hay un criterio serio para ello, otra cosa, no recibí por escrito el resultado de la evaluación, solo por mensaje de WhatsApp, que no es un medio formal. por otro lado muy costoso el servicio, Por ultimo, en su página otorgan el 20% de descuento pero según Erick no aplicaba en daño lógico severo, ahí, en su ofrecimiento no dice que aplican restricciones, en fin, pagamos sin hacer comparativos con otros proveedores debido a la urgencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mí siempre serán RIcovery MAGOS!!!! Recuperaron archivos muy valiosos para mí que pensé ya no podrían recuperarse. En muchos lugares me dijeron eso pero Ricovery Mark hizo posible lo que parecía que no. Tengo, no solamente mis archivos, sino que arreglaron mi portátil y quedó como nueva. Además me permitieron pagar a meses sin intereses, lo que sin duda es un plus grandísimo. Mil gracias a Erick y a todos los que hacen parte de ese maravilloso equipo!!!
